What is Motion Beyond Pain?
Our bodies are designed to move and I believe that many people suffering with persistent or chronic pain are able to alleviate their symptoms through a regular, gentle movement practice.
When it hurts the thought of movement can seem impossible and I am here to guide you beyond fear and back to enjoying life vivaciously!
