Wait a sec… Who on earth am I anyway?

If you’re new to my world, I'm a Personal Trainer and Movement Coach based in Brighton, UK and working online with amazing people all over the world..

My obsession for learning about bodies and movement came from my passion for dance, I had some fantastic teachers who all encouraged strength and flexibility training to improve dance technique and to prevent injuries and as I developed this I also noticed amazing benefits in my everyday life, such as painful knees that I’d thought I have to accept no longer hurt me!

Managing my time became essential as I wanted to practice dance, AND strength & flexibility AND I had a full-time job!!

It took a lot of trial and error but over the years I developed some great systems to get it all done and since I became a full-time Movement Coach I pride myself on helping my clients fit their own exercise routine or practice into their busy lives, while helping them cut through the resistance and overwhelm.
