Many of my clients hate lunges - saying they get pain in their knees when they do them - which naturally is something they want to avoid.

Personally, there was a point in my life where I didn’t really like getting up and down from the floor. It was an effort and certainly for dance it wasn’t an option. I was terrified of hurting my knees with level changes.
I’ve never been a runner…
