Release Your Shoulders Part 3

This video follows up on last week’s session of Muscle Energy Techniques for Shoulder Rotation - this time adding some complimentary exercises to further release the muscles and build strength and stability. Grab a resistance band!

All of the exercises today are chosen with Shoulder Rotation focus, to further release and strengthen in addition to the Muscle Energy Technique.
